Is the membership price monthly or annual?
Each membership price is annual and provides 12 months of benefits from activation.
How do I join?
Call Champion Tire at (919) 294-4437 or email kevintarpley@champion-tire.com. An advisor will confirm your plan and vehicle, answer your questions, and handle payment through the shop.
What maintenance is included?
The $200 plan includes one full-synthetic oil change, one tire rotation, and one engine air filter. The $400 plan includes two oil changes, two rotations, one wheel balance, one engine air filter, and applicable flat repairs. The $800 Premium plan includes three oil changes, two rotations, one wheel balance, one North Carolina inspection, engine and cabin air filters, one set of premium beam-style wipers, and applicable flat repairs.
Can I add another vehicle?
Yes. An additional vehicle is $150 on the $200 Champion Member plan and $300 on either the $400 Preferred or $800 Premium plan.
How do member appointments work?
Members can request reserved 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. waiting appointments. Advance confirmation is required, and appointments remain subject to availability, shop capacity, and the type of service needed.
How do I use my benefits?
Call or email Champion Tire when you need service and let the advisor know you are a member. The team will confirm the benefits available for your vehicle.
Which repairs and services qualify for discounts?
Ask a Champion Tire advisor to confirm which repairs and maintenance qualify before authorizing service.
How is payment handled?
Payment is handled directly by Champion Tire through the shop’s existing payment system. This website does not collect card information or process transactions.
